How to beat the Monday blues

Depressed cause it’s Monday again?

Certainly, you’re not alone.

    monday ring it on But here are some little things you can do to make your day better:

  1. First on the list would be …well…eat chocolate – you don’t have to eat a whole bar, just a little piece would do. Think of it as your magic pill that makes you happy.Placebo works too.
  2. Secondly, remember that a lot of other people are in the same situation. Join the I-hate-mondays club at work or call a friend, and speak about it.
  3. Don’t forget about yourself – take care of your looks, it will improve the way you feel.
  4. Have breakfast or lunch at your favorite restaurant, it’s always nice to be served and pampered.
  5. Forget about postponing happiness till weekend comes – find little reasons to enjoy life every (mon)day.
