Certainly, you’re not alone.
- First on the list would be …well…eat chocolate – you don’t have to eat a whole bar, just a little piece would do. Think of it as your magic pill that makes you happy.Placebo works too.
- Secondly, remember that a lot of other people are in the same situation. Join the I-hate-mondays club at work or call a friend, and speak about it.
- Don’t forget about yourself – take care of your looks, it will improve the way you feel.
- Have breakfast or lunch at your favorite restaurant, it’s always nice to be served and pampered.
- Forget about postponing happiness till weekend comes – find little reasons to enjoy life every (mon)day.
